We begin with a mindful warm-up to mobilise the spine and activate the core, helping you feel connected and supported before moving into more focused strengthening work. We will target the centre, side body, hips, glutes, arms, and shoulders, creating stability, balance, and that lovely sense of length through the whole body. This class is all about laying strong foundations, moving with control, finding your breath, and building strength in a way that feels energising rather than exhausting.
