Once you try it, you'll surely want to make it again. ⸻ 【Salted Milk Pudding】 Makes 4 servings (90ml glasses) ■Ingredients Milk…250g Heavy cream…100g Granulated sugar…38g Condensed milk…10g Vanilla paste…2g Salt…1.5g Gelatin…5g Water…20ml (for gelatin) *The video uses gelatin that does not require soaking. ■Instructions ① Sprinkle gelatin into water and let it soften. ② In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, condensed milk, vanilla paste, and salt. Heat over medium heat. *Be careful not to let it boil. ③ Once the sugar and salt have completely dissolved, remove from heat and add the softened gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. ④ Place the bottom of the saucepan in ice water and stir while cooling until slightly thickened. ⑤ Pour into a container and refrigerate for about 3 hours to set. ■Toppings Whipped cream…optional Rock salt…a pinch for finishing *Adding too much rock salt will make it too salty, so it's recommended to sprinkle it in small amounts. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it bloom. 2. Add the milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, condensed milk, vanilla paste, and salt to a saucepan. 3. Heat over medium heat while stirring. Do not let the mixture boil. 4. Once the sugar and salt have completely dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat. 5. Add the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. 6. Place the saucepan over an ice bath and stir until the mixture cools and thickens slightly. 7. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until set. ⸻ Toppings Whipped cream, as desired A small pinch of rock salt Add the rock salt little by little, as too much can make the pudding overly salty.
