This week on our French farmhouse renovation, Ben is STILL laying the reclaimed tomette floor in our future kitchen… and it’s proving to be far more challenging than we ever imagined! Because every single tile is a slightly different shape and size, progress has been painfully slow. What seemed like a straightforward job has turned into a real test of patience, skill, and determination. The big question is: can Ben finally finish the floor this week? While the kitchen work continues, we also spend some time caring for our garden and making a few new additions to the land.
