FINALLY! We Laid the Floor in Our 200-Year-Old French Farmhouse Kitchen 🇫🇷 #55

After three long weeks of cleaning, sorting, and laying reclaimed tomette tiles, our farmhouse kitchen floor is finally complete. Instead of buying new flooring, we decided to reuse the original terracotta clay tiles that we discovered upstairs in our historic French home. It was a huge job, but we think preserving these authentic materials has given the kitchen so much character and helped maintain the charm of our 200-year-old French farmhouse. Now that the floor is finished, we can move on to the next exciting stages of our renovation journey: installing the electricity, fitting lighting, and finally bringing in furniture.
