[Beef Shoulder Risotto / Recipe] ◆Ingredients (serves 2) ・Beef Shoulder (100g)　　 ・Cooked Rice (100g)　　 ・Chicken Bouillon (100cc) ・Butter (10g)　　 ・Heavy Cream (15cc) ・Parmesan Cheese (20g) ・Red Wine (50cc)　　 ・Oyster Sauce (30g) ・Italian Parsley (to taste) ◆Directions 1) Season the beef with salt and pepper and sauté until cooked through. (Set the frying pan aside without washing it.) 2) Make the risotto: Add chicken bouillon to the cooked rice. Put the broth on the stove and let the rice absorb the liquid. Once it starts to reduce, add butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese to season. 3) Make the sauce: Add red wine and oyster sauce to the frying pan used to saute the meat, reduce, and add butter to thicken and season. 4) To serve, arrange the risotto on top, top with the beef and sauce, and finish with Italian parsley. #Hakutsuru #George #Snacks
