In their garden they grow vegetables and many herbs. Anna likes to transform the traditional meat dishes of the region into vegetarian meals: for sarma, stuffed cabbage rolls, she takes buckwheat and rice instead of minced meat and mixes it with finely chopped vegetables and nuts.
