12-Min Kettlebell HIIT Workout
In this kettlebell hiit workout, you'll complete 12 rounds of 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. When you hit the halfway point, I'll give you 30 seconds of rest instead of 15 (you can always pause the video then if you need longer!). There are four exercises and we'll cycle through them four times. EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED links are affiliate —Kettlebell http://amzn.to/2z9hfZR - I'm using a 20-lb kb. Choose a weight that is medium-heavy for you.
