Strength Interval Circuit Workout - Total Body, No Jumping, 27 Mins
This strength interval circuit workout uses a structure of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. There are six exercises in the circuit. You'll go through the circuit 4 times total. At the end of each completed circuit, we'll rest for a full 60 seconds. There's no jumping in this workout, so it's great if you have downstairs neighbors. Challenge yourself to go heavy with the weight! That being said, your best modification for all these exercises is to drop down in weight.
