You can also replace some of the flour with whole wheat, or add raisins at the end and they're all delicious:) ▶Ingredients (for 1 loaf of bread with a diameter of about 22 cm) 300g All-purpose flour 40 g unsalted butter 15 g granulated sugar 6g salt 5g baking soda 260g Buttermilk (can be replaced with 240g milk + 20g vinegar) 1) Put the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in a bowl. 2) Put cold unsalted butter in 1) and break it by rubbing it with your fingers. 3) When the butter particles are small enough to be invisible, add the buttermilk and mix roughly with a spatula until it becomes a bare lump. 4) Sprinkle additional flour on the bottom and surface of the dough, shape it into a round shape, make a cross cut on the surface, and bake at 200 degrees Celcius (392℉) for about 25 minutes. (Wizwell Lumi oven/upper and lower heating + convection mode) *Storage: Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. Or sliced and frozen for 2 weeks.
