Sadly It’s not long now until we leave, but we’ve got a couple more videos to show you just how beautiful this place is and why East Arnhem was high up on our bucket list hence why we’ve been here so long 😂 In this week’s video we head out to the small community town of Yirrkala a vibrant town full of rich culture, beautiful beaches and incredible local art. We spent time at the Buku Larrngay Mulka Arts Centre where the stories, artwork and creativity of the local Yolngu people left us completely inspired. The centre is a true celebration of culture and tradition and wandering through it was a highlight of our trip out here. Next, we journeyed to the breathtaking Rainbow Cliff. The views from here are absolutely stunning , sweeping landscapes, dramatic cliffs and endless horizons that make it impossible not to stop and just take it all in. And of course no East Arnhem adventure would be complete without trying our hand at a mud crab adventure. Let’s just say the ending went down rather well… yum 😋 Every stop, every view and every experience on this journey up here has been unforgettable.
