Beginner Full Body Strength Workout at Home | 10 Minute Follow Along

If you’re not sure where to start with strength training, or just want something simple you can stick to consistently… this is for you. Follow along and I’ll guide you through the full workout. We’ll go through 5 exercises: • Squats to a surface (quads) • Incline push-ups (chest, shoulders, triceps) • One-arm rows (back, biceps) • Feet-elevated glute bridges (glutes, hamstrings) • Crunches (core) Do: • 8 reps each • 2 rounds • Controlled pace That’s it …simple and repeatable.
