With clear cueing and simple transitions, this flow balances challenge and accessibility to support steadiness from the comfort of home. Moving at a calm, consistent pace, the practice leaves space to explore a little flair if you’re craving it - while remaining adaptable and supportive throughout. Expect a flow that opens the heart, stabilises the root, and integrates breath and posture, offering something deeper than just the shape of each pose. Two bricks are useful at one or two points, but not essential.
