Then, take a saucepan and boil the sugar together with the milk and the corn flour. When slightly thickened, remove from the heat and incorporate the margarine and couverture and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous. Then pour the lukewarm cream over the broken biscuits and mix well. Then, spread them in a form or a 40 × 28 cm pan, cover with cling film and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Continue and beat the cold cream until it becomes whipped cream. Then, we incorporated the sweetened milk and we spread our cream on top of the dessert that we took out of the fridge. NOTE: If we like whipped cream we can add 400 ml of cream with a sweetened condensed milk. Finally, put in the fridge for 1 hour and make sure to serve with grated couverture.
