WE LOVE CONFECTIONERY !!!!!! ” RECIPE: Ingredients 1 1/2 liters of milk 150 gr corn flour 150 g sugar 250 gr couverture 50 g butter 2 vanilla 2 packages of biscuits 400 ml heavy cream Cocoa Method In a bowl, dissolve the corn flour in the cold milk. Then, take a saucepan and pour the mixture from the bowl together with the sugar and stir over medium heat until the mixture becomes creamy. Then, remove the cream from the heat and incorporate the chocolate, butter and vanillas. Then, we break our biscuits and mix them with the warm cream while we spread them in a pan (40 × 27 cm). Then, cover the pan with cling film and put it in the fridge for 5 hours. Continue and beat the cold cream until it becomes whipped cream. Then, with the help of a spoon, spread it over the cold dessert and make tops, as shown in the video. Finally, sprinkle with a little cocoa and serve.
