If you like the recipe, SUBSCRIBE to the channel! 👉 http://bit.ly/2Hd7EEV EC RECIPE: Ingredients 1 liter of milk 125 g sugar 120 gr corn flour 2 vanillas 2 packs of chocolate biscuits 100 ml of milk 125 gr couverture Chocolate flakes Method We start by taking a saucepan and dissolving the sugar and corn flour in the cold milk. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until the mixture becomes creamy. When the cream is ready, take the pot off the heat and flavor with the vanillas. Then, in a bowl, break the biscuits. Then, pour the hot cream and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous. Spread the mixture in a 35 × 23 cm pan and cover with a cling film. Finally, place the pan in the fridge and leave it for at least 6 hours. Continue with the chocolate ganache, melting the 100 ml of milk together with the couverture in a baking pan. Then, spread the chocolate over the cold dessert and place our dessert again for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
