Lateral A-Skips 1x5 each 6. High Knees 1x10yds 7. Snapdown Series 1x2 each 8. Partner Deceleration Drill 1x5 each 9. Triple Jump 2x1 each leg 10. Skater Jumps 2x3 each leg 11. Resisted Sprints 4x10yds 12. Max Velocity Sprint 4x20yds This session was focused more on acceleration and producing force as quickly as possible...
