Knee Flexion with Foot on Chair

More commonly, knee pain responds to Knee Extension exercises (see our other videos for these), but if you tried those and it did not help, or if you are over 60 and have knee arthritis, this may help relieve your knee pain. Perform 10-15 repetitions every 3-4 Hours Check with your physical therapist or physician before performing this exercise to make sure that it is appropriate for you.
