A Great Exercise for Knee Pain - Knee Extension in Supine (Quad Set)
This is Part 1 of our 5 part series on knee pain that responds to extension. In this video, Dr. Sam Schroetke demonstrates knee extension in supine, which often helps for knee pain, especially if you have knee pain with squatting, sitting or kneeling. If this exercise works for you, then perform 10-15 reps every 2-3 hours. Make sure to check with your physical therapist or physician before performing this exercise to make sure it is appropriate for you.
