冬菇蝦米粉絲煮紹菜 Chinese Cabbage Stir-fried with Dried Shrimp, Mushroom and Vermicelli **字幕 CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料: 紹菜 半 棵 冬菇 4 隻 (浸軟) 蝦米 50 克 (浸軟) 粉絲 50 克 (浸軟) 薑片 2 片 蒜頭 2 瓣 鹽、油 適量 🟢做法: 1️⃣ 蝦米洗淨浸軟。粉絲浸泡約 15 分鐘,瀝乾備用。 2️⃣ 冬菇浸軟,切成薄片。 3️⃣ 紹菜洗淨,切成粗絲備用。 4️⃣ 熱鑊下油,加熱後放入薑片和蒜頭爆香,加入蝦米和冬菇炒香。 5️⃣ 放入紹菜翻炒,加適量水♦蓋上鍋蓋煮 5 分鐘。 6️⃣ 加入粉絲煮約 2 分鐘,加適量鹽調味,翻炒均勻後即可上碟享用。 ♦備註:📌煮菜時可以雞湯或高湯代替水。 🟢Ingredients: Chinese cabbage - 1/2 head Dried shiitake mushrooms - 4 (soaked soft) Dried shrimp - 50 g (soaked soft) Vermicelli - 50 g (soaked soft) Ginger slices - 2 pieces Garlic cloves - 2 Salt, oil - as needed 🟢Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Rinse the dried shrimps and soak in water until soft. Soak the vermicelli in water for about 15 minutes, then drain and set aside. 2️⃣ Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms until soft, then slice thinly. 3️⃣ Wash the Chinese cabbage, then cut into coarse shreds. 4️⃣ Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the dried shrimps and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. 5️⃣ Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry. Add some water♦ and cover the wok or pan with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes. 6️⃣ Add the vermicelli and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste, then stir-fry until well combined.
