Tiramisù Calabrese

I believe tiramisu is one of the most beloved desserts; it’s hard to find anyone who doesn’t appreciate this delicacy! My twist on the classic (designed, of course, for licorice lovers) makes it even more indulgent, refined, and... intoxicating... You have to taste it to believe it! Ingredients for 4–6 servings 2 eggs 50 g sugar 250 g mascarpone cheese 120 g ladyfingers (savoiardi) 100 ml coffee 100 ml licorice liqueur 50 ml milk 25 g licorice candies Unsweetened cocoa powder (to taste) A pinch of salt Licorice powder. Making licorice powder is very simple. Place the licorice candies in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Then, working in small batches, place them in a coffee grinder and pulse for 1–2 seconds. Repeat the process until you achieve the desired consistency. Licorice ground this way is highly sensitive to moisture. Therefore, store it in a small, airtight jar.
