Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini in 10 minuti

For convenience, I used frozen mushrooms this time; they're perfect when time is short and you don't want to miss out on something delicious. Sautéed mushrooms with just extra virgin olive oil and garlic release an intense and inviting flavor. Once browned, add a splash of dry white wine to balance the mushrooms' sweetness with a tart, aromatic note, and... all you have to do is toss the tagliatelle in (1 or 2 minutes before they're fully cooked) and finish cooking. Add the finishing touches with fresh parsley and a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano. Enjoy your meal!!
