Make a cross cut on the surface of the mackerel skin. First, blanch the mackerel to remove the odor. Put the seasonings in a frying pan and heat it. Once the seasonings are well mixed, add the mackerel skin side up. Cover with two layers of kitchen paper and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove the mackerel and arrange on a plate. Simmer the remaining liquid in the frying pan over medium heat until it thickens.
