Subscribe to our channel here: *Scheduled to be released every Wednesday and Saturday from 7 PM. http://www.youtube.com/@sanpiryoron?s... ■Miso-braised Mackerel (Serves 4) [Ingredients] 4 bone-in mackerel fillets, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 1 long green onion, 40g ginger, 6 tablespoons miso A (400cc water, 200cc sake, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons mirin, 4 tablespoons sugar) 1. Cut the green onion diagonally into 1cm wide strips. 2. Julienne the ginger, and remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. ② Cut a slit in the skin of the mackerel. Dip briefly in boiling water, then drop into ice water to remove any scum or dirt. Wipe thoroughly dry. ③ Place ingredients A in a frying pan and heat. Bring to a boil, then add ingredients B. Cover with a drop lid and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. ④ Add the miso, add ingredients B, and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Pour into a serving dish and reduce the broth slightly before pouring over.
