The recipe is simple, beginner-friendly, and made with basic ingredients you probably already have at home. ✨️And finally, the golden bread comes out of the oven with a wonderful and delicious aroma. So if you love homemade bread recipes with a soft texture and crispy crust, join me on this always warm and friendly channel.🥰 ▶️Ingredients: Bread flour 400 grams Milk 125 grams Butter 50 grams Sugar 1 teaspoon Yeast 1 teaspoon Egg 1 piece Sour cream or water-free yogurt 100 grams Salt one tsp ▶️How to prepare: First, heat the milk and butter until the butter melts. We don't want the milk to boil. Remove the milk from the heat, add the sugar, and stir. Set aside until the temperature drops and becomes lukewarm. Then add the yeast and wait eight minutes for the yeast to work. Add the eggs, sour cream or yogurt, and flour and start mixing until you get a dough. Then transfer it to the work surface and knead until the dough is smooth and uniform. If you knead with a machine, it will take ten minutes, and if you knead by hand, it will take a quarter to twenty minutes for the dough to become smooth and uniform. When the dough is ready, knead it and place it in a bowl with a little oil. Cover the bowl and let it rest for an hour until it doubles in size. After the first rest, take the puff pastry and knead it again. Place it on a baking tray covered with high-quality parchment paper. Place a greased freezer bag or a bowl on top of the dough and let it rest for another half hour to forty minutes. Turn on the gas oven half an hour in advance to the highest temperature and preheat for half an hour and forty minutes. Place a bowl of water in the bottom of the oven. If you have an electric oven, lower the temperature by ten to fifteen degrees and preheat for twenty minutes. Let the dough rest. When the dough is done, sprinkle a little flour on the dough and make three lines on the dough with a sharp knife or razor blade. Place the tray in the middle of the oven and turn the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes and a half. When the baking is finished, transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely. It takes about 4-5 hours to be ready to cut. Do not cut it too early, as its texture will become doughy.
