Have you ever think of making super soft loaf? I been trying for years and finally found this recipe which can yield a super soft texture sourdough soft loaf. Recipe credit to Sourlotti by Abby, I had adjusted the recipe by fully using butter and milk (without any whipping cream) and It Is still super soft. If I can do it, so do anyone.
