All the ingredients are listed below: Morning Shake: -GNC BULK powder (do your research or consult your doctor first to see if Mass Bulk is right for you. It contains a lot of calories and carbs so it might be alot on your specific body. It has helped me maintain and gain weight. I never use all 1340 calories worth of it I usually only add 1/4 or 1/2.) -1 banana -1 tbsp of peanut butter -1/4 cup of dry oats -almond milk and water AND WATER Bagel Breakfast -1 sesame toasted bagel -1/2 avocado mashed with salt, pepper, lemon and lime juice turkey slices -1 egg -jalopenos -Vanilla Greek Yogurt -Vegan chocolate nibs -Raspberries AND WATER Vegan Burrito Bowl -Brown Rice -Black beans -Soy Chorizo -1/2 onions -handful of mushrooms -1/2 zuchini -lettuce -cilantro -lime Cheese Plate -cheese -cherry tomatoes -green apple -cucumber -oranges -almonds -pretzels -crackers -cilantro -jalopeno -salame Shrimp and Broccoli Alfredo -1 lb of penne pasta -broccoli -shrimp (around 20 pieces) -milk or half and half -1 tbsp butter -1 tbsp garlic -1 cup of parmesan cheese -1 cube chicken bouillon Start off by boiling water for the pasta. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and corn starch. Mix it all together and grill the shrimp on med/high heat (make sure the pan is hot). Shrimp cooks very fast so once it turns pink its ready (5 minutes). For the sauce: melt 1 tbsp of butter with 1 tbsp of garlic; sprinkle 1 large tbsp of flour and whisk until chunky. Then add 4 cups of milk and whisk until it's all melted (usually takes 5 minutes). Then add 1 cup of cheese, 1 cube chicken bouillon, pepper and cayenne. Mix until it's all melted. Add the pasta and broccoli and coat it in the sauce. Add the shrimp on top and you're done:) ENJOY!
