Thank you for watching :) Spicy Turkey Lettuce Cups with rice and beans: 2 pounds of ground turkey 3 cups of white or brown rice 1 cup of shredded carrots 4 limes 1 jalapeño 1 cup of cilantro 2 cans of black beans 1 large lettuce your choice of seasoning 3 cloves of garlic 4-6 tablespoons of soy sauce sriracha -1 tablespoon of honey -ginger -sesame seeds Crispy Tofu Pasta Salad: twisty pasta (2 lbs) 1 block of extra firm or firm tofu 1 package of cherry tomatoes 2 cans of garbanzo beans 2 zucchini salad dressing (or make your own!) -avocado, green onion, lemon juice, chives, basil and garlic -green onions or cilantro for garnish salt and pepper, and other seasonings -flour and corn starch Chicken with mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and green beans: 10-15 chicken tenders 1.5 cups of mushrooms 1 yellow onion 4 lemons 1/4 cup white wine -2 cups chicken/veggie broth green beans potatoes for mashed potatoes -1 cup of flour -seasonings of your choice -cilantro
