Repairing a Rover V8 exhaust manifold. Removing broken studs & replacing them with new ones.

Someone brought this Rover V8 exhaust manifold to us with 3 broken studs in the flange where the exhaust pipe attaches. Someone had tried to drill out one of the studs, presumably while still in the car, but their pilot hole had gone in properly crooked... I used an adjustable angle plate to fix the manifold into the bed of our old Beaver turret mill. I find this really useful as the job can be positioned & clamped on with the angle plate in the horizontal position & then the plate is tilted to (in this case) the vertical position.
