Eigentlich waren nur 154 km geplant...

The new Kinzigtalsteig trail leads on a spectacular loop through the Black Forest – 161 kilometers and an incredible 6,676 meters of elevation gain await me. I had originally planned for only 154 kilometers, but in the end, the clock showed something quite different. 😅 Starting in Gutach, the trail leads through Hornberg, Schramberg, Schiltach, Wolfach, and Hausach, taking me through some of the most beautiful sections of the Black Forest. Steep climbs, technical trails, endless elevation gain, stunning views, a long night in the woods, and many memories of the 26 long-distance hiking trails I've already completed in the Black Forest await me. Without sleep, without hiking poles, and with only the bare essentials in my backpack, I take on the challenge of completing the new long-distance trail in under 30 hours. Will the Kinzigtalsteig live up to its reputation? 📍 Route: Kinzigtalsteig 📏 Distance: 161 km ⛰️ Elevation gain: 6,676 m ⏱️ Time: 28 hours 33 minutes 🌲 Long-distance hiking trail number 27 of 27 Enjoy the video!
