Join me for a 45 minute vinyasa yoga flow designed to take your practice deeper than just physical shapes. In this class, we explore the Four Layers of Practice: ✨The physical body: tension, release, effort, ease ✨The breath: rhythm, awareness, support ✨Drishti: where the gaze goes, the mind follows ✨Dharana: concentration, and gently coming back again and again We move through a dynamic full body sequence including: Downward Dog variations, plank work, backbends, standing flows, balances, hip openers, and deep stretches… all woven together with awareness of breath, focus, and intention. As always, listen to your body and take modifications where needed.
