Here, we did PIZZA NIGHT, where we made homemade pizza dough from scratch, with two savory flavors and one sweet flavor. Bruna Paula made Japanese pizza night, complete with temaki and everything. Pati, on the other hand, made a delicious hamburger! PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE (HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH) *Our friend @LucasMontano shared this recipe with us. **Makes 2 to 3 pizzas. INGREDIENTS 500g wheat flour 300ml warm water 7g yeast 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil METHOD 1. Mix 300ml of warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 7g of yeast in a separate cup; 2. Place the wheat flour, salt, and olive oil in a bowl; 3. Add the water to the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon until the dough reaches a consistency that can be removed from the bowl and kneaded. 4. Knead the dough until smooth. 5. Let the dough rest, covered with a cloth, for 2 hours. FOR THE PIZZA Before adding the toppings to the pizza, the dough (already rolled out and placed on a baking sheet) needs to be baked for approximately 7 minutes. Also, remember to add the red sauce to the dough at this stage. Your oven should be preheated to its highest temperature. The time may vary depending on the oven's power. Don't overcook the pizza, otherwise the crust will dry out and burn. After all, it will still be in the oven a second time to melt the cheese on the toppings.
