In this episode of MARIDO NA COZINHA, João made the original recipe for the famous SPAGHETTI A CARBONARA (or, as it is called in Italy, SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA). This carbonara pasta recipe does not contain cream or bacon. The sauce is made only with eggs and cheese, and the meat used is pancetta (because we could not find guanciale, which is the meat used in the original recipe).
