DAILY ROUTINE VLOG: We started our Monday morning as usual. We woke up early, had breakfast, and went to work. After training, I came home and did a quick tidy-up, just to put a few things back in place. I've been doing this every day, and it's really helped keep the house organized. I took a shower, put on my basic makeup, and got to work. We had a super simple and quick lunch break: upside-down crepe. In the afternoon, I got my nails done and stopped at the supermarket to pick up a few things we needed for the barbecue later. I made a delicious baked pumpkin gratin and a vinaigrette that was so good it went away in no time. We ended the night with tea, and that was our day! Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces of your preferred size; 2. Season with your favorite seasonings (I used salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder) and add olive oil; 3. Mix well so the seasoning covers all parts of the pumpkin; 4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit (210 degrees Celsius) for 40 to 50 minutes; 5. Remove from the oven and check the texture. If it's almost ready, top with cheese—as much as you like, the more the better—and bake again without the foil. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit (215 degrees Celsius) and it's ready. PEPPER-FREE VINAIGRETTE RECIPE Ingredients Onion Tomato Japanese cucumber Parsley Seasonings Olive oil Vinegar Instructions 1. Cut the tomato, onion, and cucumber into small cubes (I always prefer to leave the tomato larger); 2. Place in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper, then add olive oil and vinegar. All seasonings and quantities are to taste and according to your preference. *Try to make the vinaigrette in advance, this way it marinates longer and gains more flavor.
