In this moment, the burger is truth. 🏙️ Walk through Namba, Osaka’s vortex of desire and ambition—tourists everywhere, but I’m here for… 🔥 Horumon night at a locals-only spot (Horumon Sakagami): the griddle tilts so the fat runs into a sauce trough (foreshadowing). The staff grills, piles it onto all-you-can-eat bean sprouts, then that fat-kissed sauce comes back—poured over chewy noodles, finished with tenkasu & green onion. Even Cleopatra would be speechless.
