Have a nice day and enjoy watching! Ingredients: (makes about 12 cookies) Dough: Flour - 300 g. Powdered sugar - 70 g. Egg yolk - 1 Pinch of salt Butter - 160 g. Vanilla extract - 1 tsp. Sour cream - 100 g. Filling: Roasted, chopped walnuts - 150 g. Sugar - 75 g. Egg white - 1 Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 170 °C / 340 °F. Combine the flour, salt, and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add the butter and rub the flour and butter together with your hands until you have a smooth crumb mixture. Next, add the sour cream, egg yolk, and vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar). Knead into a soft, smooth dough. Cover the finished dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Grind the roasted walnuts in a blender. Then combine the walnuts with sugar and egg white. Mix well until smooth. Divide the dough into about 12 equal parts. Roll out each part of the dough thinly, spread the nut filling on the rolled-out dough, and form cookies as shown in the video. Place the cookies on a baking sheet, leaving space between them. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 °C / 340 °F and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Allow the finished walnut cookies to cool slightly and, if desired, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
