Don't Buy Cookies Anymore - Make These Instead

Good afternoon, my dear friends! Today I’d like to share with you a recipe for some delicious and easy-to-make cookies. Have a great day, everyone, and stay positive! Ingredients: Soft butter - 100 g. Sugar - 80 g. A pinch of salt Sour cream - 150 g. Flour - 300 g. Baking powder - 1 tsp. Cinnamon - 1 tsp. Egg yolk and milk for brushing Any roasted and chopped nuts - 200 g. (I used walnuts) Sugar - 50 g. Soft butter - 50 g. Spices to taste (I used 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, and a pinch of nutmeg) Bake for about 20 minutes at 170 °C / 340 °F FOR THE DOUGH. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, and salt. Mix well until smooth. Next, add the sour cream and mix everything well again. In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Divide the finished dough into 13 equal parts (each of my dough portions weighed 50 g). FOR THE FILLING. Mix the chopped, toasted nuts with sugar, spices, and softened butter (I used walnuts). Roll out each piece of dough into an oval, brush the dough with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, and place the nut filling in the center of the rolled-out dough. Shape the cookies as shown in the video. Next, place the cookies on a baking sheet, leaving space between them. Brush the top of each cookie with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, then sprinkle with sugar. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 °C / 340 °F and bake for about 20 minutes.
