Bread: Ciabatta❗ No kneading👌 Liquid dough❗ Quick and easy Italian bread❗ Ingredients and recipe: • 1 ⅔ cups of warm water (400 ml of warm water). • 2 tsp of sugar (10 g of sugar). • 0.5 oz of fresh yeast (15 g of fresh yeast). • 1 tsp of salt (7 g of salt). • Mix well. • 5 ½ cups of wheat flour (650 g of wheat flour). • Mix well with a spatula. • Add the remaining flour. • Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil (30 ml of vegetable oil). • ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds (30 g of pumpkin seeds). • Fold the dough the way I'm showing you. • Cover and leave for 30 minutes. • Repeat the turning procedure. • Cover and leave for 40 minutes. • Sprinkle the table with flour. • Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. • Cover and leave for 25 minutes. • Bake at 390°F for 25 minutes (Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes). #recipe #bread #baking #food
