Paul Howard Fluting/Router Jig 12 - A Simple double walled fluted box in Oak & Apple

This is my 12th video following my learning experience with the Paul Howard Fluting/Router jig. William Hunt Woodturner. A simple project this week, a double walled fluted box in Oak & Apple, a test piece for something more exotic in the near future. A similar piece by Dwight Rutherford, of Roseville California inspired me to do this. I wanted to turn this practice piece before embarking on something more complex with more valuable wood. I used a 12.7mm core box router cutter which worked well for this project giving an almost equal spacing for the fluting and web in between.
