I will be bringing you a brand new workout video every single day (Mon-Fri) for the next 4 weeks. This is Day 2 and Week 1. Here is the full workout. 1) Lat Pulldown 5 Sets x 20,15,12,10,8+12 (Choose a challenging weight for every single set. If you have to take a few seconds of rest to finish all of your reps, that’s perfectly fine. 2) Incline Bench Barbell Row 4 Sets x 8-10 reps & 4th Set is a Double Drop Set x Failure.(Use full range of motion and really focus on contracting your back and stretching out your lats) 3) Seated Cable Row (V-Bar) 3 Sets x 8, 8 7+7+7 reps 3rd Set is a Double Drop Set Drop 20-30 pounds each time between the 7 reps! (Go as heavy as you can on these reps) 4) Dumbbell Pullover 3 Sets x 8-10 reps & 3rd Set is a Drop Set x Failure!!! 5) Smith Machine Front Shrugs 4 Sets x 8-10 reps & 4th Set is a Double Drop Set x Failure!!! Go as heavy as possible!!! 6) Standing Dumbbell Sideways Hammer Curls 3 Sets x 6-10 reps & 3rd Set is a Double Drop Set x Failure!!! (Go as heavy as possible)
