Here we go! Day 16 of the RISE 60 Program! 💪 We are building strength one workout at a time, and today we are focusing on a strong back and powerful biceps. This session is designed to challenge your upper body with controlled movements, unilateral exercises, and a strong mind-muscle connection. The timer is set for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest. Many of the exercises are performed one arm at a time, so with this exercises we will complete one side then straight into the other side (No rest!). Stay focused, control every rep, and let's make every second count! You will need a pair of dumbbells and a mat. For this workout I will be using 15 lbs and 20 lbs dumbbells. ⚠️ Please warm up for at least 5 minutes before starting.
