Gluten-Free Habib's Esfiha: • COMO FAZER ESFIHA ABERTA DO HABIB'S SEM FA... ♥ INGREDIENTS ♥ CHEESE FILLING: 150g White Cheese ¼ cup (tea) Chopped Parsley ¼ tablespoon Heavy Cream DOUGH: 10g Dry Yeast 1 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 200ml Warm Water 275g Whole Wheat Flour 100g Flour Wheat Flour 120ml of Oil ♥ IMPORTANT ♥ STORAGE: In the refrigerator after baking, consume within 7 days! It can be frozen after baking for up to 2 months! If you want to freeze the dough without baking, know that it will lose some of its rising power, so I recommend adding the entire packet of yeast to the recipe! RISING: If your dough doesn't rise, there's no point in baking it, it's already failed! So activate the yeast to make sure it's working.
