Recipe: 600-700 g wheat flour (6 cups). 1 tablespoon sugar (1 tablespoon). 7 g dry yeast (1.5 teaspoons). 125 ml warm milk (1/2 cup). 125 ml warm water (1/2 cup). 8g salt (1/2 teaspoon). 30 ml vegetable oil (3 tablespoons). 1 egg. 2 tablespoons cocoa. Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes. Make bread. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45-50 minutes. Lubricate with honey. Bon appetit!
