Functional Movement Training - work towards getting up from the floor with no hands!
This 30 minute movement session helps you work towards the mobility, flexibility and strength required to get up from the floor with no hands. This is an integral part of keeping quality of life and independence. It is suitable for all levels. As your movement improves, the faster you can go, turning it into a functional cardio workout, however to begin with it may be very slow and may feel very challenging. Consistency is key and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is where adaptation, change and progress happens. However, if there is pain, please modify and adjust the movement to be suitable for your individual body.
