Join me for a full-body Pilates-inspired sculpt session designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energise your body from head to toe. This workout requires no equipment, but if you want to level it up, you can add a resistance band and light hand weights. I do mention 30 minutes in the video, but I got a little carried away! So this one turned into a beautiful 40-minute full-body session. You’ll move through standing work, core, arms, glutes, legs and controlled Pilates-inspired exercises to help you feel strong, connected and challenged. Perfect for days when you want a longer, low-impact but effective workout.
