Description: This full body yoga Mobility flow is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve spinal mobility through a balanced combination of core work, hip opening, and deep stretching. We start in Table Top to awaken the spine, moving through Half Down Dog and Cobra to activate the posterior chain. A dynamic Lunge series with arm variations and Lizard Pose opens the hips deeply while building lower body strength. Next, we move into Plank variations including Superman holds to strengthen the core and back body, followed by Forearm Plank progressions. We then transition into deep flexibility work with Forward Fold, Deep Squat, Pancake stretch, and Bridge Pose to open the hamstrings, hips, and chest. The practice ends with Supine Spinal Twists to release the spine and restore balance. Perfect for daily practice, injury prevention, and improving overall body awareness.
