Welcome to this 37-Minute Full Body Yoga Mobility Flow. Modern life asks us to sit more, move less, and spend hours looking down at screens. Over time, this can lead to stiff shoulders, tight hips, restricted hamstrings, poor posture, lower back discomfort, and reduced mobility throughout the body. This practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body through mindful movement, mobility training, flexibility work, and core strengthening. In this session, we begin with wrist, shoulder, and spinal mobility exercises to gently awaken the body. We then move through flowing sequences including Down Dog, Chaturanga, Up Dog, active lunges, hamstring stretches, half splits, deep squats, and pancake poses to improve mobility throughout the entire kinetic chain. The Boat Pose series helps build core strength and stability, supporting better posture and healthier movement patterns both on and off the mat.
