A summer dinner cooked in a Staub pot and a lunch enjoyed with Paratiisi tableware—brought to you from a kitchen shared by two. For lunch this time, I made omurice and served it on a 25cm Paratiisi oval plate. It is a wonderful plate that makes the dining table look festive with just a single dish. For dinner, I prepared three dishes featuring summer vegetables, all cooked in a Staub pot. The main course is pork loin stuffed with cheese and pan-fried. The side dishes are zucchini steamed with rosemary and garlic, and a chilled *Nanban*-style dish of eggplant and onion. With the addition of seasonal corn, the meal truly captures the essence of the season. This is our everyday dining table, where we serve dishes slowly cooked in Staub cookware on Nordic tableware.
