Tortillas are thin flatbreads that can be made from various types of flour, including wheat, corn, and others. Tortillas are usually used as wrappers for Mexican specialties, such as tacos, burritos, fajitas, or as kebab wrappers. This time I will make a soft, fluffy, and easy to roll tortilla skin. Tortilla Skin Recipe (12 pcs) Ingredients: 500 gr medium protein flour 135 ml Cimory Squeeze Yoghurt Original 30 ml oil 170 ml warm water 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Steps: 1. Mix medium protein flour, salt, and baking powder, stir using chopsticks 2. Add Cimory Squeeze Yoghurt Original, oil, and warm water, stir until dough forms using chopsticks 3. After forming dough, knead for 1-2 minutes 4. Let the dough rest for at least 1-2 hours covered with cling wrap 5. After the dough has rested, weigh the dough into 12 equal parts, each 70 gr, then round it 6. Sprinkle flour on the cutting board and rolling pin, then flatten the dough into a circle with a diameter of ± 20 cm 7. Heat a non-stick pan, bake the tortilla skin until it bubbles and turns brown, then bake the other side again until it bubbles and turns brown also or according to the desired level of doneness 8. Roll the dough to a circle with a ± 20 cm diameter. 7. Heat a non-stick pan. Cook the tortilla until bubbles pop up and the skin browns. Bake the other side until bubbles pop up and the skin browns or to the preferred doneness. 8.
