The structure is a set of 2 reps at max weight then a set of 4 and lastly a set of 6 before the pyramid reverses with 6 then 4 the 2 reps. I have also include a strength circuit to complement to main sets. with a similar format for time. First follow along set is 20 seconds which allow you to still go heavy followed by a 25 second and 30 second round.
