This 45 Minute Kettlebell Workout can be for the intermediate to advanced. You will need one heavy kettlell and one mediuim to light. For the heavy Kettlebell you cna also combine 2 kettlebells to make one heavy weight as i have done. Then you can use one for the conditioning circuit. So, Weight options can be 2 x 16kgs for males and 2x8-10 kgs for females.
